Programs
The Institute’s programs are not designed as a collection of separate services, but as developmentally differentiated carriers of the same methodological logic.
Each program within the Institute arises from the same methodological core and the same ethical framework. The difference between programs is not prestige, but the degree of continuity, depth, individualization, and developmental suitability for the individual.
This means that the programs are not a product ladder, but different carriers of transformational process:
- some provide orientation and initial focus,
- others create a more structured individual frame,
- others support a broader and more continuous developmental arc,
- and the deepest levels allow for longer-term inner reorganization in line with the Institute’s boutique model.
The program structure is designed so that a person can enter the process in a way that respects their current readiness, capacity, theme, and developmental suitability.
How to understand the programs
The programs differ mainly in:
- depth of process,
- degree of continuity,
- breadth of themes they can carry,
- level of individualization,
- and the developmental place they hold in a client’s path.
This means that the same person will not necessarily need the same carrier in every phase. Someone may begin with Individual Sessions, continue into a Structured Transformational Program, then move into a 3-Month Process or a mentoring frame. Another person may enter directly into a more continuous program based on their theme and readiness.
Entering the programs
Entry into the programs is based on:
- first contact,
- initial orientation,
- intake assessment,
- and mutual suitability.
The purpose of the first contact is not pressure toward enrollment, but to determine which carrier is the most appropriate in relation to the theme, capacity, and readiness.
Core individual programs
Individual Sessions
For orientation, focused individual work, and an initial or shorter process arc.
Structured Transformational Program
For people who need more structure, more continuity, and a clearer methodological frame.
3-Month Transformational Process
For a broader and more continuous individual process with more space for regulation, reorganization, and integration.
Mentoring Transformational Process
For a more mature developmental arc with greater continuity, integration, and broader life orientation.
Boutique Long-Term Process
For a limited number of individuals who need a longer-term, more individualized, and more sustainable frame for deeper transformation.
Specialized programs
Programs for Parents, Children, and Families
Relational and developmental programs for situations in which change concerns not only the individual, but the wider family system.
Programs for Companies and Organizations
Developmental programs for companies, organizations, leaders, and teams seeking greater clarity, regulation, and a more coherent professional space.
Investment in the process
Investment in each program depends on the form of collaboration, duration, depth of process, and degree of individualization. Details are determined after the introductory orientation, when it becomes clearer which carrier is the most appropriate in relation to your theme and readiness.
Entry into the process always depends on methodological suitability, not pressure. If you would like to explore which program is the most appropriate in relation to your theme and readiness, you may begin with an introductory inquiry or introductory conversation.
