Programs for Parents, Children, and Families
Programs for Parents, Children, and Families are designed for relational and developmental work in situations where change does not concern only the individual, but the wider family system.
These programs are designed for situations in which it truly makes sense to work more broadly than only at the level of one person. Sometimes inner tension, loss of contact, overload, recurring patterns, or developmental blocks do not appear only within the individual, but also in the way the relationship between parent and child, between family members, or within the wider family system is organized.
This program cluster is not aimed at quickly fixing behavior or superficially improving dynamics, but at creating clearer understanding of the relational process, greater regulation, greater inner stability, and a more sustainable reorganization of the family space.
The programs may be suitable for themes such as:
- recurring tensions in the parent–child relationship,
- emotional overload in the family space,
- difficulties with boundaries, contact, or regulation,
- developmental periods that require greater clarity and sustainability,
- the need for a more coherent and stable family frame,
- and situations in which an individual approach alone is not enough.
Collaboration may include:
- work with parents,
- work with parent and child,
- work with the family as a system,
- or another developmentally appropriate format depending on theme and situation.
The purpose of these programs is not to create the impression that a family must be “fixed,” but to support greater clarity, greater regulation, greater contact, and a more stable relational space.
Purpose of the program
The purpose of these programs is primarily to:
- better understand relational dynamics and the developmental situation,
- support greater regulation and less overload within the family space,
- create a clearer and more sustainable relational frame,
- reduce inner and relational diffusion,
- support greater contact, stronger boundaries, and greater stability,
- and enable more realistic and developmentally appropriate change within the family system.
Who the program is for
This program is especially suitable for:
- parents who need greater orientation and support in relation to a child,
- families who want a more stable and coherent relational space,
- situations in which an individual approach alone is not enough,
- and people who want a calmer, more serious, and developmentally appropriate relational frame.
How it works
After first contact, orientation, and intake assessment, it is determined which form of collaboration is the most appropriate. The process may unfold individually with a parent, in a relational format, or in a broader family frame, depending on the theme, developmental suitability, and sustainability of the process.
What you can realistically expect
Within the process, you can expect:
- greater clarity around family dynamics,
- greater regulation and stability,
- better contact within the relationship,
- greater developmental orientation,
- and a more sustainable family space.
Who the program is not for
This program is not intended for situations requiring acute medical, psychiatric, or other urgent professional care, nor is it intended as a quick solution without process.
If you would like to explore whether this form of collaboration is appropriate for your family situation, you are welcome to send an introductory inquiry.
