Introductory Conversation
The First Step in Assessing the Developmental Suitability of Collaboration
The Introductory Conversation represents the first point of contact with the Institute for Deep Energy Transformation.
Its purpose is not counselling, diagnosis, or the implementation of a transformational process.
The purpose of the conversation is to create sufficient clarity for a responsible assessment of whether collaboration is developmentally appropriate in relation to your situation, needs, and expectations.
The Introductory Conversation is free of charge.
It provides a space for mutual acquaintance, initial orientation, and exploring whether collaboration represents a meaningful next step at this stage.
Purpose of the Introductory Conversation
The Introductory Conversation is intended to:
- gain a basic understanding of your situation,
- present the methodology and the way of working,
- assess the developmental suitability of collaboration,
- clarify the possible forms of collaboration,
- create clarity regarding the next steps.
The purpose of the conversation is not to make quick decisions or create pressure to enter a process.
Who it is for
The Introductory Conversation is particularly suitable for individuals who:
- wish to gain greater clarity before making a decision,
- are exploring the possibility of collaboration,
- seek a serious and responsible approach,
- wish to determine whether the methodology is appropriate for their situation,
- want to understand how the process actually unfolds.
How Does It Work
The Introductory Conversation usually lasts between 30 and 45 minutes.
It takes place individually and may be held online or in person by agreement.
The conversation is conducted in a calm, clear, and pressure-free manner.
The focus is not on making a decision about collaboration, but on creating sufficient clarity for a responsible assessment.
What Happens After the Conversation
The Introductory Conversation is followed by a period of reflection.
No decision regarding collaboration is made during the conversation itself.
Following an assessment of developmental suitability, you will generally receive one of the following outcomes within 24 to 72 hours:
- a proposal for an appropriate form of collaboration,
- a suggestion to reconnect at a later stage,
- or information that collaboration is not developmentally appropriate at the present time.
Important
The Introductory Conversation does not create any obligation for further collaboration.
Likewise, submitting an Initial Inquiry or participating in an Introductory Conversation does not guarantee inclusion in a process.
Collaboration is based on a mutual assessment of developmental suitability and expectations.
