Introductory Conversation
A calm and clear first step in exploring whether collaboration would be appropriate and meaningful.
The Introductory Conversation is the first step in a possible entry into the transformational process within the Institute for Deep Energy Transformation.
Its purpose is not decision or pressure toward collaboration, but mutual orientation, basic understanding of your situation, and a first explanation of how the Institute’s process usually unfolds.
Purpose of the introductory conversation
The Introductory Conversation is intended for:
- establishing basic clarity,
- exploring whether collaboration would be developmentally appropriate,
- brief orientation in your theme or situation and
- outlining possible next steps.
Who it is for
It is especially suitable for people who:
- want initial orientation first,
- are looking for a more serious and structured approach,
- feel an inner readiness for process,
- but want to explore first whether collaboration would be appropriate.
How it works
The Introductory Conversation usually lasts around 30 minutes and may take place online or in person, by arrangement.
The conversation is calm, clear, and without pressure. Its purpose is to create enough clarity regarding the possibility of further collaboration.
Important
The Introductory Conversation does not in itself create an obligation toward further collaboration. It is an initial orientation step that allows for a responsible assessment of whether a further process would make sense.
