Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Answers to the most common questions about the methodology, programs and opportunities for collaboration within the Institute for Deep Energy Transformation.

What is Deep Energy Transformation?

Deep Energy Transformation is a process of developing internal capacity, transforming patterns and integrating change into life.

Its purpose is not to create quick effects or temporary shifts in state, but to support deeper and more sustainable transformation that gradually becomes reflected in relationships, decisions and everyday life.

How do I know which program is right for me?

The answer usually depends less on a specific program and more on your situation, developmental readiness, capacity and goals.

For this reason, collaboration generally begins with an Introductory Conversation, where we explore which process framework is most appropriate.

Do I need to start with an Individual Session?

No.

An Individual Session is only one possible entry point.

You may enter directly into the Foundational Transformation Process, Advanced Transformation Process, Mentorship Transformation Process or Boutique Long-Term Process if this is developmentally appropriate for your situation.

What is the difference between the programs?

The programs are not designed as stages or mandatory sequences.

They represent different process frameworks with varying levels of structure, continuity, support and duration.

Their purpose is to provide the form of collaboration that best supports your process.

Is this similar to coaching?

No.

Coaching is generally focused on goals, outcomes, behavioural change or skill development.

The methodology of deep energy transformation focuses on developing internal capacity, transforming patterns and integrating change into life.

Is this similar to therapy or psychotherapy?

No.

The work of the Institute does not constitute psychotherapy, psychological counselling, psychological treatment or healthcare.

It is an independent methodological framework intended for individuals seeking a responsible and long-term approach to personal development.

Is the methodology based on esoteric practices?

No.

The methodology of deep energy transformation is not based on fortune-telling, predicting the future, channeling or similar practices.

It represents an independent methodological framework focused on the development of internal capacity, the transformation of patterns and the integration of change into life.

At the same time, the practitioner may draw upon intuition, perception, experience and other forms of inner orientation as part of her individual way of working.

Such elements do not constitute the methodology itself and are not offered as separate systems or services.

The primary focus remains methodological clarity, responsibility, developmental suitability and the integration of change into the individual's life.

Is collaboration suitable during acute crises?

No.

The programs are not intended for acute psychiatric, medical or other urgent professional situations.

In such cases, appropriate healthcare or professional support should be sought.

Is everyone accepted into a process?

No.

The Institute operates according to a boutique model with a limited number of collaborations.

Collaboration is based on a mutual assessment of developmental suitability, readiness and appropriateness.

Submitting an enquiry or participating in an Introductory Conversation does not automatically lead to acceptance into a process.

How long does a process last?

The duration depends on the selected program.

Some themes can be addressed within a shorter framework, while others require greater continuity and a longer-term process.

The timeframe is determined by the specific program.

When will I receive pricing information?

Information about programs and pricing is provided before the Introductory Conversation.

It is important that you have sufficient information to make a responsible decision before beginning a process.

Do you work with parents, children and families?

Yes.

The methodology may also be applied in the context of parenting, family relationships and developmental questions when such collaboration is developmentally appropriate.

Do you work with companies and organisations?

Yes.

The methodology may also be applied in the areas of leadership, decision-making, relational dynamics, organisational culture, responsibility and the development of greater coherence within individuals and teams.

What can I realistically expect from the process?

Greater clarity.

Greater self-connection.

Greater internal capacity.

Greater responsibility.

Greater coherence between what you know, feel and live.

The process is not focused on creating quick effects but on supporting conditions for the long-term integration of change.

How do I begin?

The first step is to submit a request for an Introductory Conversation.

Following the review of your enquiry and introductory questionnaire, an Introductory Conversation is scheduled, where we explore the developmental suitability of collaboration and possible next steps.

Can I continue into another Program after completing a Program?

Yes.

After completing a program, an individual may request inclusion in another program.

Participation is not automatic and does not represent a guaranteed continuation of a previous process.

Each new program represents a new developmental decision, a new process framework and a new assessment of developmental suitability.

Further collaboration is always based on the individual's initiative and a mutual assessment of whether the next step is appropriate.

What does developmental suitability mean?

Developmental suitability refers to the assessment of whether a particular form of collaboration is appropriate in relation to an individual's situation, readiness, expectations, responsibility and needs.

The purpose of this assessment is not to evaluate the individual but to determine whether a specific process framework can provide appropriate support at a particular stage of their development.

In some cases, collaboration is appropriate immediately.

In other cases, it may be more appropriate to wait, pursue a different form of support or reconnect at a later stage.

Can Collaboration take place remotely?

Yes.

Collaboration may take place in person or remotely, depending on the program, the individual's situation and mutual agreement.

The methodology of deep energy transformation is not dependent on physical location but on the quality of the process, presence, continuity and developmental suitability of the collaboration.

For this reason, many processes can be conducted remotely when this format provides an appropriate process framework.

The format of collaboration is always determined individually based on the needs of the process and the practical circumstances of the individual.
