Disclaimer

The content on this website is intended to provide information about the Institute for Deep Energy Transformation, the methodology of deep energy transformation, the programs, the way of working and opportunities for collaboration.

Nature of the Work

The work of the Institute is based on the methodology of deep energy transformation.

Its purpose is to support the development of internal capacity, the transformation of patterns and the integration of change into life.

The work does not constitute medical, healthcare, psychotherapeutic, psychiatric, psychological or any other regulated professional service.

It does not replace diagnosis, treatment, healthcare or other forms of professional support.

Informational Nature of the Content

The content published on this website, in the Professional Journal, on social media or through other communication channels of the Institute is for informational purposes only.

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent illness or address acute psychiatric, medical or other urgent situations.

It does not constitute individual professional advice or personal recommendations.

Acute Situations

If you are experiencing an acute psychiatric, medical or other urgent situation, please contact an appropriately qualified professional or emergency service.

The Institute's programs and processes are not intended for the management of acute situations.

Individual Way of Working

The practitioner may draw upon intuition, perception, experience and other forms of inner orientation as part of her individual way of working.

Such elements do not constitute the methodology itself and are not offered as separate systems or services.

The primary focus remains methodological clarity, responsibility, developmental suitability and the integration of change into the individual's life.

Process Outcomes

Process outcomes are individual.

They cannot be guaranteed, predicted or promised in advance.

The course and outcomes of a process are influenced by numerous factors, including developmental readiness, internal capacity, life circumstances, continuity of collaboration and the individual's active participation.

Developmental Suitability

Entering a process is based on initial contact, the Introductory Conversation and a mutual assessment of developmental suitability.

Submitting an enquiry, completing questionnaires or participating in an Introductory Conversation does not automatically result in acceptance into a process.

The Institute operates according to a boutique model with a limited number of collaborations.

Right to Decline or Discontinue Collaboration

The Institute reserves the right not to begin or to discontinue collaboration if it determines that:

- collaboration is not developmentally appropriate,

- another form of support is more suitable,

- the process exceeds the scope of the methodology,

- the conditions for safe and responsible collaboration are not met,

- continuing the process does not support the integrity of the individual or the methodology.

Such decisions are made responsibly, respectfully and in the best interests of all involved.

Personal Responsibility

By using this website, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the work presented and that you use the content at your own responsibility.

Each individual remains responsible for their decisions, actions and participation in the process.
