Important Information Regarding the Nature of the Work and Limitation of Responsibility
The content published on this website is intended to present the Institute for Deep Energy Transformation, the Methodology of Deep Energy Transformation, its process frameworks, the way of working, and the possibilities for collaboration.
Its purpose is to provide information and to support a clearer understanding of the Institute's methodological approach.
Nature of the Work
The work of the Institute is based on the Methodology of Deep Energy Transformation.
Its purpose is to support the development of inner capacity, the gradual reorganisation of the individual's inner organisation, and the integration of change into everyday life.
The collaboration does not constitute medical, healthcare, psychological, psychotherapeutic, psychiatric, or any other regulated professional service.
It does not replace diagnosis, treatment, healthcare, or any other form of professional assistance.
Informational Nature of the Content
The content published on this website, in the Professional Journal, on social media, or through any other communication channels of the Institute is provided solely for informational purposes.
It does not constitute individual professional advice, personal recommendations, or any guarantee of results.
Nor is it intended for diagnosing, treating, preventing illness, or addressing acute psychiatric, medical, or other emergency situations.
Acute Situations
The Institute's processes and process frameworks are not intended for acute psychiatric conditions, medical emergencies, or other urgent situations.
If you are experiencing an acute psychiatric, medical, or other emergency situation, please seek assistance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional or emergency service.
Individual Way of Working
The Founder and Holder of the Methodology of Deep Energy Transformation may incorporate intuition, perception, experience, and other forms of inner orientation as part of her individual way of working.
These elements do not constitute the methodology itself and are not provided as a separate system or independent service.
The primary focus always remains methodological clarity, developmental suitability of the process, responsibility, and the gradual integration of change into everyday life.
Process Outcomes
Every process is individual.
Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed, predicted, or promised.
The development of each process is influenced by numerous factors, including the individual's developmental readiness, inner capacity, life circumstances, active participation, and ability to gradually integrate change into everyday life.
Developmental Suitability of the Collaboration
Entry into the collaboration is based on an Initial Inquiry, an Introductory Questionnaire, an Introductory Conversation, and a mutual assessment of developmental suitability.
Submitting an Initial Inquiry, completing the Introductory Questionnaire, or participating in an Introductory Conversation does not automatically result in acceptance into the process.
The Institute operates according to a boutique model with a limited number of collaborations.
Right to Decline or Discontinue Collaboration
The Institute reserves the right not to establish, temporarily suspend, or conclude the collaboration if it determines that:
- the collaboration is not developmentally appropriate at the present time;
- the individual requires another form of support;
- the situation falls outside the scope of the methodology;
- the conditions necessary for safe and responsible collaboration are not met;
- continuing the collaboration would no longer support the integrity of the individual or the methodology.
Such decisions are always made responsibly, respectfully, and in the best interests of everyone involved.
Personal Responsibility
By using this website, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the work presented and that you use its content at your own responsibility.
Each individual remains responsible for their own decisions, actions, and participation throughout the collaborative process.
