Forms of Collaboration

The forms of collaboration within the Institute for Deep Energy Transformation are not designed as a collection of unrelated services, but as developmentally differentiated carriers of the same methodological logic.
Their purpose is to allow collaboration to begin in a way that fits the theme, capacity, degree of continuity, and developmental suitability of the individual, family, or organization.
How to understand the forms of collaboration
Different forms of collaboration exist because not every process needs the same carrier.
Some people need:
- initial orientation and focus,
- a more structured individual frame,
- a broader and more continuous process,
- a more mature mentoring arc or
- a more selective long-term boutique process.
Others enter specialized forms of collaboration when the theme is more broadly relational or professional.
How the appropriate form is determined
The appropriate form of collaboration is determined on the basis of:
- first contact,
- initial orientation,
- intake assessment and
- mutual suitability.
The purpose of the first step is not pressure toward enrollment, but to determine which carrier is the most appropriate in relation to the theme, capacity, and readiness.
