Terms of Collaboration
The Fundamental Framework of Collaboration within the Institute for Deep Energy Transformation
These Terms of Collaboration define the fundamental framework governing collaboration between the Institute for Deep Energy Transformation (hereinafter: the Institute) and any individual who establishes contact with the Institute or enters into any form of collaboration.
Their purpose is to provide clarity regarding the nature of the collaboration, the responsibilities of both parties, developmental suitability, communication, confidentiality, and the fundamental process principles of the Methodology of Deep Energy Transformation.
General Framework of Collaboration
Collaboration with the Institute is based on mutual respect, responsibility, methodological clarity, and a shared assessment of the developmental suitability of the collaboration.
Every form of collaboration is conducted within the Methodology of Deep Energy Transformation and in accordance with the agreed process framework.
The Institute operates according to a boutique model with a limited number of collaborations, enabling a high degree of individual attention, methodological precision, and continuity of the process.
Submitting an Initial Inquiry, completing the Introductory Questionnaire, or participating in an Introductory Conversation does not automatically result in acceptance into the process.
Mutual Alignment
The beginning and continuation of the collaboration are based on a mutual assessment that the selected form of collaboration can provide developmentally appropriate support in relation to the individual's situation, developmental readiness, expectations, and inner capacity.
Mutual alignment may also be reassessed during the collaboration if the individual's circumstances or developmental needs change significantly.
Nature of the Collaboration
The work of the Institute is based on the Methodology of Deep Energy Transformation.
Its purpose is to support the development of inner capacity, the gradual reorganisation of the individual's inner organisation, and the integration of change into everyday life.
The collaboration does not constitute medical, healthcare, psychotherapeutic, psychological, psychiatric, or any other regulated professional service.
It does not replace diagnosis, treatment, healthcare, or any other form of professional assistance.
The processes are not intended for the treatment of acute psychiatric conditions, medical emergencies, or other urgent situations.
Personal Responsibility
Participation in the process is voluntary and based on the individual's own responsibility.
This primarily includes:
- honest and responsible communication;
- timely communication of circumstances that may affect the process;
- respecting the agreed process framework;
- active participation;
- making independent decisions outside the collaborative process.
The Founder and Holder of the Methodology of Deep Energy Transformation does not direct individuals towards predetermined decisions and does not assume responsibility for their personal decisions.
Developmental Suitability and Process Framework
The form of collaboration is determined individually based on:
- the individual's situation;
- developmental readiness;
- inner capacity;
- the purpose of the process;
- expectations;
- the professional assessment of developmental suitability.
The Institute reserves the right not to establish, temporarily suspend, or conclude the collaboration if it determines that:
- the collaboration is not developmentally appropriate at the present time;
- the individual requires another form of support;
- the situation falls outside the scope of the methodology;
- the conditions necessary for safe and responsible collaboration are not met;
- continuing the collaboration would no longer support the integrity of the individual or the methodology.
Communication During the Process
Communication generally takes place via email unless otherwise agreed for a specific form of collaboration.
Support between sessions is intended to maintain the continuity of the process and does not replace individual sessions or other agreed process activities.
It does not include crisis support, permanent availability, or daily communication.
The scope of communication is determined according to the respective process framework.
Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement.
Cancellation or rescheduling should generally be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment unless otherwise agreed within the respective process framework.
Further conditions regarding appointments, cancellations, and any applicable fees are defined in the collaboration agreement or other written agreement.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
All information shared during the collaboration is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality may only be limited where required by law or where there is a serious risk to the safety of the individual or others.
Process Outcomes
Every process is individual.
Specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed, predicted, or promised.
The development of the process is influenced by numerous factors, including the individual's developmental readiness, active participation, life circumstances, and ability to gradually integrate change into everyday life.
Intellectual Property
The Methodology of Deep Energy Transformation, all methodological models, texts, questionnaires, worksheets, programs, documents, and all other materials constitute the intellectual property of Maja Škvarč, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Their reproduction, distribution, adaptation, translation, or any other form of use without prior written permission is prohibited.
Amendments to the Terms of Collaboration
The Institute reserves the right to amend these Terms of Collaboration.
The current version is always published on the Institute's website.
For each participant, the Terms of Collaboration in force at the time their collaboration begins shall apply unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
