How to Begin
The First Steps in Exploring Collaboration within the Institute for Deep Energy Transformation
Entering a transformational process does not begin with choosing a form of collaboration.
It begins with developing clarity regarding your situation, needs, expectations, and the developmental suitability of collaboration.
The forms of collaboration within the Institute include different process frameworks and program areas that arise from a single methodology of deep energy transformation.
For this reason, the first step is always dedicated to exploring which framework can provide the most appropriate support for your process at this particular stage.
Initial Inquiry
The first step is submitting an Initial Inquiry.
In the form, you briefly describe your situation, question, or reason for reaching out.
The purpose of the form is not to provide a detailed account of your story, but to create an initial orientation for the next steps.
Review of the Inquiry
Each inquiry is personally reviewed.
If an Introductory Conversation appears to be an appropriate next step, you will receive further information and instructions.
In some cases, it may also be assessed that collaboration is not developmentally appropriate at this time or that another form of support would be more suitable.
Introductory Questionnaire
Before the Introductory Conversation, you will receive a short questionnaire.
Its purpose is to provide a clearer understanding of your situation, expectations, and reasons for considering the process.
This enables the conversation to proceed with greater clarity and precision.
Introductory Conversation
The Introductory Conversation usually lasts between 30 and 45 minutes.
It provides a space for mutual acquaintance, orientation, and the assessment of developmental suitability.
It is not a sales call, therapy session, or transformational intervention.
Its purpose is to create sufficient clarity for a responsible decision regarding possible collaboration.
Assessment and Decision
Following the Introductory Conversation, a period of reflection and assessment takes place.
A decision regarding collaboration is generally not made during the conversation itself.
Within approximately 24 to 72 hours, you will usually receive one of the following responses:
- a proposal for collaboration,
- a suggestion to reconnect in the future,
- or information that collaboration is not developmentally appropriate at this time.
Recommendation of an Appropriate Form of Collaboration
If collaboration is considered developmentally appropriate, you will receive a recommendation for a process framework or program area.
The recommendation is based on your situation, process goals, inner capacity, and expectations.
Process frameworks are not designed as hierarchies or mandatory sequences.
An individual may enter any process framework directly if it is developmentally appropriate.
Beginning the Process
Once collaboration is confirmed, you will receive all relevant information regarding the chosen form of collaboration, the organization of the work, timeframes, support between meetings, and administrative matters.
The process then unfolds in accordance with the methodology of deep energy transformation and the agreed process framework or program area.
What You Can Expect
You can expect:
- a methodologically clear process,
- a high degree of individual attention,
- respect for your natural rhythm,
- an ethically grounded and responsible framework,
- clear communication regarding collaboration.
You should not expect quick solutions, universal formulas, or guarantees of specific outcomes.
Next Step
If you would like to explore the possibility of collaboration, you are welcome to submit a request for an Introductory Conversation.
The purpose of the first step is not to apply for a particular process framework or program, but to determine whether and how collaboration can provide appropriate support for your process.
