Terms of Collaboration
These Terms of Collaboration define the basic framework for collaboration between the Institute for Deep Energy Transformation and any individual who makes contact or enters into a process of collaboration.
Their purpose is to ensure clarity regarding the nature of the work, the responsibilities of both parties, confidentiality, communication and the overall process framework.
Basic Framework of Collaboration
Collaboration with the Institute is based on mutual alignment, respect for the integrity of the process and a clear agreement regarding the format, scope and structure of collaboration.
Entering a process always involves initial contact, an Introductory Questionnaire, an Introductory Conversation and a mutual assessment of developmental suitability.
The Institute operates according to a boutique model with a limited number of collaborations.
Submitting an enquiry, completing a questionnaire or participating in an Introductory Conversation does not automatically result in acceptance into a process.
Nature of the Work
The work of the Institute is based on the methodology of deep energy transformation.
Its purpose is to support the development of internal capacity, the transformation of patterns and the integration of change into life.
Collaboration does not constitute a medical, healthcare, psychotherapeutic, psychological, psychiatric or other regulated professional service.
It does not replace diagnosis, treatment, healthcare or other forms of professional support.
The Institute's programs and processes are not intended for acute psychiatric, medical or other urgent situations.
Individual Responsibility
Participation in a process is voluntary and undertaken at the individual's own responsibility.
Individual responsibility includes:
- honest and responsible communication,
- timely communication of important circumstances that may affect the process,
- respect for the agreed process framework,
- active participation in the process,
- independent decision-making outside the process.
The practitioner does not make decisions on behalf of the individual and assumes no responsibility for decisions or actions taken outside the direct framework of collaboration.
Developmental Suitability
The form of collaboration is determined individually based on the individual's situation, developmental readiness, internal capacity, process goals and expectations.
The Institute reserves the right not to begin, temporarily suspend or discontinue collaboration if it determines that:
- collaboration is not developmentally appropriate,
- another form of support is more suitable,
- the process exceeds the scope of the methodology,
- the conditions for safe and responsible collaboration are not met,
- continuing the process does not support the integrity of the individual or the methodology.
Communication and Support Between Sessions
Communication during the process takes place via email unless otherwise agreed for a specific program.
Support between sessions is intended to maintain continuity of the process and does not replace sessions.
It does not include crisis support, urgent responses, daily communication or the exploration of topics requiring deeper process work.
The scope of support, communication framework and response times are defined in the agreement or appendix for each specific program.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.
Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
Further details regarding cancellations, rescheduling and any applicable fees are defined in the agreement or appendix for each specific program.
In cases of repeated disregard for agreed appointments or the process framework, the Institute reserves the right to temporarily suspend or conclude collaboration.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
All information shared during the process is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality may only be limited when required by law or when there is a serious risk to the safety of the individual or others.
Limitation of Liability
The practitioner does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Process outcomes are individual and depend on numerous factors, including developmental readiness, active participation, life circumstances and the individual's ability to integrate change.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, methodological models, texts, documents and other elements published on the website or used during collaboration are the intellectual property of the practitioner unless stated otherwise.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Final Provisions
Collaboration with the Institute is not intended to create dependency on external support but to foster greater autonomy, responsibility, coherence and integration.
